KA had the worst pledge class last year and a lot of sorority girls don't like going to events with them.

So who's better than sigma chi in your opinion? Theta xi is a bunch of losers regardless of what they say on here, KA is plummeting, and all of the lower ones don't even belong in the same discussion as kappa sig and sigma chi. Those are the clear cut top 2 and nobody else is close

I moved ΠΚΦ up one. ΣΝ was almost on par with them but are on probation, ΣΦΕ was on the same level but lost a ton of guys so I keep them where they are. ΦΚΨ and ΔΚΕ drop a tier, but ΦΚΨ is moving up ΔΚΕ is content to act like a perpetual stagnant shell of the formerly top tier degenerates they were. ΣΑΕ are nonentities who've been gone for several years, and while they were ranked upper middle with the likes of ΘΞ and ΠΚΦ when they were last here, they'll be a mixed bag colony when they return. I expect them to rise out of that bottom tier in short order given their powerful Southern presence and campus history, but for now they're in the cellar. ΘΞ might be a little bit better than ΠΚΦ, but not enough to justify being a tier above, and KA is doing really poorly and would probably be considered worse than either if it weren't for their name at LSU so thats the current upper middle tier. ΣΧ being ranked top is almost more generous than KA's ranking, but when you look at everything that occurred they wouldn't even be chartered if they weren't super powerful. LXA could rise to take Sig Ep's spot with the upper mid houses by next Fall, but I won't put them there yet.

With all the trouble people have been in, no one will really know who is good until after this year's rush

Theta Xis run the site and they have it out for Pi Kapp particularly it seems. When they aren't ranking themselves tier 1, they're dropping Pi Kapp to tier 3 because its easier to get away with.
