new fraternity at lsu?

I had posted this elsewhere but thought perhaps this should be a separate post. t found online that the 3 fraternities being considered for expansion at LSU are Alpha Tau Omega, Beta Theta Pi & Delta Tau Delta. Who is considered the front-runner of these 3? Are they planning a Fall 2015 colonization? I'm surprised Sigma Alpha Epsilon wasn't on this list. Are they still considered a part of LSU fraternities since they were open to return December 2014 & therefore do not have to go through this expansion consideration? Any information on whether SAE would return to LSU in Fall 2015? Thanks for your thoughts.
