Lsu doesn't have a top sorority it has a top 5. Most instate girls want the top 5 and if you're in one of those you're good, no need to talk bad about each other. All those girls are friends and hang out anyway. The end

Here's another news flash...There aren't only 5 sororities at LSU. Saying that there are ONLY 5 good ones and therefore we should all get along is only adding to the problem. There are 10 sororities, all different and all good in their own way. Setting 5 aside and starting this endless debate all over again is at the root of the problems on these sites.

totally agree, the whole top 5 stuff is getting old, the more I read these post the more I am convinced that a few girls in these particular sororities are the ones making all the hateful remarks on this website, they want the other groups to feel inferior, too bad it isn't working, it is just making the "top 5" look insecure trying to keep their spot on the top of the mountain, if you are that great you shouldn't have to come on here and keep telling everyone how great you are, it really is sad that you feel the need to continually remind others about your greatness

There are certain sororities that are really picked on. You can see as they move up in the rankings that the posts get meaner and meaner. There really is a definite classism issue on this site. It looks to me like some girls in the "top 5" are seriously ready to defend their placing, no matter who it hurts. Fortunately they aren't all that way. I know there's a really sweet KD who comes on here. Unfortunately there aren't enough like her to make up for the really mean vile girls.

I wasn't in a "top 5" sorority and didn't even know it, but I have turned out alright and have wonderful friends from all the NPC groups at LSU, guess as you grow up you realize how great all the groups at LSU are and don't care about rankings. I really think it is some very unsecured girls who have to constantly talk about the "top 5" just to make themselves look better and hopefully one day they will grow up and stop being a bully.

There's no proof that it's the top 5 doing that. They get just as much crap on here as everyone else. Have you seen chi omegas page? I mean seriously stop blaming people it's just as wrong to do that as to give a mean ranking. This all needs to stop

I don't think that the top 5 are any better than the rest. But you're kidding yourself if you think the top 5 aren't more desired in rush than the others. All 10 sororities get great girls, but a certain set of those 10 get to be a little more selective in who they get.

The "top 5" are only more desired during rush with certain girls. Not everyone desires them more than the other sororities. I for one had NO idea about this absurd idea of a "top 5" when I went through rush so I actually cut some of them. I was really more interested in sororities that were open to taking out of state girls. Since I have lived in Louisiana all my life I wanted to get to know girls from other parts of the country and wanted to broaden my outlook through friendships with girls from other places.

I had no idea what a complete and abject failure I was for not getting into one of the Holy Five. I shall forever carrying the shame along with the tatoo of an L I shall have burned into my forehead to commemorate my complete and utter humiliation. My life is over. . .
