sorority comments

every house has bad rankings they don't deserve. why? girls are catty. especially behind an anonymous website. i'll admit it. girls aren't very nice to each other. sometimes it's warranted, but come on, girls will dislike &maybe even outwardly show it other girls just because they are threatened, jealous, or not secure w/themselves to recognize the beauty in others. most of the time we don't even know the girl we harbor these feelings for. we dont know their story, or reasoning. we've just seen them in a picture on fb or hanging on a cute guy at the bar. it's easy to look at a group of pretty girls& assume they are invincible &can withstand these harsh comments. i mean they look like they have it altogether, right? well i dont know a single girl who hasnt had some sort of struggle in their lives no matter how pretty, rich or thin. we all fight personal battles& i know everyone reading this knows what im talking about. if we could accept& support each other it'd benefit us all

That's just it, the fact that it's anonymous. What do you think's gonna happen when you give a bunch of girls the ability to rank each other anonymously? The whole idea behind this website was misguided to begin with. I really think a petition should get going, and we all should agree to stay off here until LSU gets taken off.

Sorry, those words were S lut and W hore. In Pi Ph we used to be the pot head hippies, but recently that hasn't been enough so now we have a new identity. I just wanted to add that since joining a sorority, I have experienced bullying for the first time and I owe it all to my fellow greeks. How sad.

I totally agree! And I'm sorry if you felt bullied an I agree that every sorority is bullied on this site. But just know that there are so many people love your sorority and the small few that might bully you have insecurity issues and probably would have found a way to bully people even if they weren't in a sorority. I love my pi phi friends and all the other sororities for that matter

i am so glad that you posted that comment because i think you brought up a serious point that people don't think about because on a computer screen, you can't see the other people's reactions and you don't have to own up to what you say, so you take it to the next level and are just vicious. i want you to know that the mean rankings are not true so do not let yourself think that. i'm part of a "top tier" sorority but i think that's stupid because truth is, every lsu sorority is so great. every girl in each sorority has something great going for her, smart, pretty, great personality, well-liked, fun, giving, etc. do NOT let anyone make u feel bad about urself. they dont even KNOW u! yeah things are tense around rush b/c people make it into a competition, but after that? no one cares!! fact is there are TOO many great girls to fit into just a couple pledge classes. there are enough wonderful girls for EVERY pc. and girls in all different sororities are friends and hang out together

its still shocking me that even after all of these honest comments about girls saying how hurt they are, someone is on here STILL giving bad rankings. to whoever you are: you would be so much happier with yourself and your life if you stopped trying to find flaws in others. the more u focus on their flaws, the more u will notice in urself btw. it feels so good instead to focus on atleast one beautiful or admirable quality in everyone you meet. try it a few days and see how u feel at peace

Thanks for the positive reenforcement, I needed that. I've vowed not to go on here for awhile, taking in all that hatred isn't healthy.
