KD got a letter of reprimand because at bid night some older girls iced a few pledges as a joke. I'm friends with one of the girls that got iced...the girls who were iced new about it and it was supposed to be a joke to the whole sorority. No one else in the sorority knew but the 6 or 7 girls until they did it in front of the chapter. To make sure Panhellenic didn't find out from anyone else their president was honest with Panhellenic and told them what happened. So can we please get over this icing freshmen thing? It's a terrible thing to say when you don't know the whole story.

people are just talking about it again because the reprimands were posted on the LSU Greek Affairs website this week, maybe if LSU didn't take an entire semester to take care of business these issues wouldn't be around for so long....BUT there are rules for days about alcohol and bid day, so those KDs were foolish for doing what they did, they know better. Kudos to the KD president for doing the right thing.

Y'all stop coming to this stupid website and go enjoy carnival season. If you are happy with whichever sorority you joined good for you. I graduated last year and was in what y'all would consider a top house on old row. Enjoy college while you in it and do not get your self esteem from which letters you wear. If you are a good looking, classy girl you probably do not care what people are writing on this site to begin with. it does not matter what sorority or fraternity you were in college to the extent to what you made out of it and the friends you are going to leave undergrad with. I hope this advice helps some of you out that worried about what the same people are writing over and over again on this website.
Happy MG 2011 ladies.
