Is that KD, XO, Phi Mu, KKG, and DDD are ALL top 5 and all pretty difficult to get a bid from. Depending on what city girls are from or what highschool, these 5 change in popularity, but ALL end up with top pledge classes.

Is it true that like KD is full of all Lafayette girls? And Phi Mu all of Nola? Like where do certain girls go to which house?

I don't think it's phi mu ranking the others bad. It's DG. They keep rearranging it to make themselves higher but I have never heard anyone who thought Lsu dg was so high. I'm from BR and didn't know they were a sorority here until I was literally in the house during rush

To the girl who keeps asking where certain hometowns or girls from certain cities pledge: STOP! I went to a totally different sorority than most girls in my hometown and it's one of the best things I ever did! Not that it's bad to go where your friends go if that's the sorority for you but keep an open mind and stop asking haha

to answer your question...it's typical that most lafayette girls go tridelt. new orleans is tricky because it's so big. most new orleans girls either go phi mu or kkg but kkg is extremely hard to get a bid from, especially coming from new orleans. but none of this is set in stone. sororities want the girl because of her not where she's from. quit stressing and just know if you go kd, phi mu, kkg, ddd, or chio you cannot go wrong. they're all extremely well respected and pretty much tied for 1st in my opinion.

overall, tridelt could be considered the number 1 house, for everywhere except for BR. Their BR pick has been diminishing each year and they are losing their pull. That's why it's too hard to choose one top, and the general opinion is that there are the top 5 that are all equal, as previously stated in the other comments
