top tier:
kd, ddd, kappa

upper tier:
phi mu, pi phi, chi o

mid tier:
dz, dg

bottom tier:
zeta, theta

this tends to be the general opinion of most people who actually know anything about greek life. and it's pretty accurate. all of the houses have great girls in them but overall, this is the order they fall into.

I have nothing against Pi Phi, but their retention rate is horrible, they were the second smallest group last year, how do you put them in the upper tier if they can't keep members? I don't think an upper tier group should have to do spring recruitment.

Those are the best 5. In order. Kappa, please stop trying to include yourself in the top spot. You're not better than Chi O and Phi Mu, and you're certainly not better than KD and Tri Delt.

wow someone is rude and bitter! kappa is a top house and i'm in a different sorority and still respect this. you should try and be mature and do the same. not saying phi mu and chio aren't good, but they're just simply not as good or popular as kappa.
