Kappa has clearly hijacked this website. They may be in the top 5, but no one I know (except for Kappas) thinks that they are the #1 sorority here. They are bottom of the top 5. Tri delt, KD, Phi Mu, and Chi O all have classy well-rounded girls and good reputations. Kappa is only known for being fun. Anyway, most of the girls I know who went Kappa also pref Pi phi. The girls in the other 4 all tend to pref each other.

You are obviously a very narrow minded person. You're going by the sterotypes and reputations of the sororities which is just flat out unfair. Not all kappas are drunks and "only fun". I can name 3 or 4 off the top of my head that don't even drink. Same with tridelt. Not all of them are rude and snobby I know SO many down to earth genuine girls. And same goes for pi phi- not all of them smoke. The point is if you're judging a sorority by their reputation or the actions of one or two girls, then oure getting absolutely no real prespective of how these houses really are. All the sororities have amazing girls in them. My personal opinion is that ddd kkg

I know I don't have my figures 100% correct but I think they are close:
2006 quota around 60
2007 quota around 64
2008 quota around 76
2009 quota around 72
if a group maintains their new members, offers them something beyond a social life, the new members make their grade, the members see that their involvement is more than four years, then a "good top tier" group should maintain at least 75% of their new members over four years, so....what groups had 75% membership retention over the past four years based on the Spring 2010 numbers? Those are your top tier groups because they offer something that their members want and their members are willing to stick around for....sorority membership is for a lifetime, not just four years.
