All of the sororities at LSU are amazing so its hard to pick, but

top tier is definately Tri Delt, DG, Chi O
Middle Phi Mu, KD, Kappa, Pi Phi
Bottom DZ, Zeta, Theta

"For real" is either a chi o or a dg. Some of your middle tier should be at the top.

Top: Kappa, Tri Delt, KD
Middle: Phi Mu, DG, DZ, Zeta, Chi O
Bottom: Pi Phi Theta

Your list is mixed up. The top sororities may be good, but phi mu, chi o, and pi phi are all way to low. I would put some of those in the top also.
