from pictures on facebook it looks like most chapters did get to swim at their parties, maybe your group just went to an alum's house where they didn't want you to swim (there is a liability issue for those hosting these events). I know a bunch of the groups got to swim.

swimming but jumping off the side splashing each other is not swimming. This is the way it was at at least 9 of the groups at LSU. I just wonder why not rent one of the country club pools? Aren't they bigger? Why bother the alums?

that a good amount of the girls that went to the "top" sororities were cut by my house. I'm not talking just a handful but quite a few. I'm not trying to put anybody down, just trying to point out that what the "top" sororities consider to be a "top" girl isn't the same as what we consider to be a "top" girl. The point I'm trying to make is that it's ridiculous to say some sororities are "top" and others aren't when the definition of "top" isn't always the same depending on who you ask. At this point there are so many incredible girls going through rush that we were cutting girls that we would have been dying to get a few years ago. There are more than enough wonderful girls to go around for us all to be considered "top".

entitled" but its not just one of us. We were all sold a bill of goods during rush about the "success" of our members, the "great"parties, and the "alum support" you promised at each house. I understand liability, and so many girls BUT WHY not be creative, and do more than stand up in a small swimming pool. There are other things to do, and at Texas, Alabama, Mississippi,Tennessee they do have other things to do. Just tell the truth about bid day at LSU, its lame.

well its never been a secret, there are several photo albums that show the same thing every year.i dont know WHY phc requires everyone to do this each year but they DO. now if you can get over it, that was just ONE day and it DOES get better. maybe you should blame kappa for all the years they sent girls to the hospital on bid night. we didnt lie about anything, youre really annoying. tonight is boys bid night and then exchanges should start soon (unless you're on probation) as well as grubs, formals, semi-formals, football games, etc. like i said if you dont want to wait it out because nothing is good enough for you then quit. so annoying.

DG did rent out a water park then afterwards took the chapter to the movies, in the past years they rented the pool at the Country Club of Louisiana. My friends in DG had a great time and so did me and my sisters at our alums house. Unfortunately, there aren't that many places to rent out in the Baton Rouge area, plus there is the cost to transport 250 plus girls to these places. Bid Day is a very expensive event to plan. For those new members that didn't have such a great day, please give it time, sisterhood doesn't happen overnight.

its just that some of the other schools have functions at places other than alum houses. I am not too big on drinking so I am afraid grub, exchanges, formals semis and football may be a bust too. I never said I was better but I want more information about the Bible studies, and service you told me about at rush. I want to know more about this sisterhood stuff too. Why not focus on this? By the way I am not an english major but your is spelled your or you're. Please just tell me the truth from now on.
