sorority comments

Please keep things nice, after all fall rush is just around the corner. However keeping that mind in mind remember putting fake bruises on your face for any costume event is wrong. ABUSE IS WRONG, and UNACCEPTABLE FOR ANYONE. And making it part of a costume party or exchange is not funny.

I think we should make a pact to ONLY say positive things. I admit there are some girls in certain sororities that I don't particularly care for, but I choose to believe that they are the exception and not the rule. We COULD all try to make this site a positive thing if we try hard enough. One of our purposes as sororities is to contribute to charity. Why not extend that charity to each other and try to be more lenient in our judgements?

If we're busy working on ourselves, then we won't have time to worry about what other girls are doing, right? I DO think the negativity comes from insecurity and jealousy to be honest. Girls will be girls, and there is definitely a competitive aspect to how girls relate to each other. Even IF each sorority represents something, what good are we doing by pointing out the negative images? That's their business, and their problem to solve. I don't particularly approve of the way some girls behave, but as long as I'm not doing it then I don't see how that affects me.

There have been people on here lately who are trying to take a more positive approach to this website. Please amuse yourselves somewhere else. There has been damage done to the relationships between the houses because of some of the things said on here, and you seem determined to continue that.

You unfortunately only feel good about yourself when you're making someone else feel bad. Try working on yourself, when you get over your need to put other people in their "place" you'll start feeling a whole lot better.

Please stop what you're doing. You are making us look bad. This constant warfare is getting old. Don't bother saying anything if you can't be kind. Just post positive on the pages of the sororites you DO like.
