our alumn are pushing their daughters on us

How do other top tier sorority handle it when alumni push their children at us (members) and the girls are still in high school?
This is a big problem and we need help Pleas.

There is a time and place for alumni but if they are directly active in the day to day operations of the group, PRESSURE being applied is wrong!!!!!
People are different and just because your mother was a member of the group sometimes the daughter is a ill fit. That is just the way it is.
