Any chance of me getting into kappa as a sophomore next fall!?
I have a pretty good GPA, Pre-Med, I would say Im relatively pretty, and Im from Texas.

Highly doubtful unless u have close friends in that chapter... Sophmores don't really stand a chance w/o solid connections, and even then it's not a guarantee. If u do go thru Rush prepare to be cut from all but 2 or 3... sry but it's better that u know now rather than having false hopes

This is correct. I rushed this past fall as a sophomore and was cut from all sororities except 2 after the first round. I had a 3.0 GPA and had at least two recs for each sorority too. After rush was over and a few weeks into school I found out a lot of sororities cut if you're not a freshman unless you have some major connections. I'm extremely glad and thankful for which sorority I ended up at but just prepared if that happens to you.

Go for it! Sophomores aren't as common but if they want you they'll take you. I had a few out of state sophomores in my pledge class who didn't know anybody during rush.

Kappa is the DKE of sororities. Unless your N.O. money, with lots of legacy connections, your not getting in, even as a freshman; no way as a sophomore.
