Do a lot of girls get dropped during rush? If so, why? Also what do top tier sororities look for in the girls?

Not very many girls get dropped from every house unless you have a terrible GPA, or bad reputation. Top tiers look for everything, just be yourself and if you don't fit in, then you won't be invited back to that house. You'll find a place somewhere.
