New ranks!!! Slight changes

Not much changed. Just a few tweaks imo

ADPI PIPHI THETA
top ranks haven’t changed. PNMs still want them. I’m noticing that PNMs are wanting DG more. So they are def on the come up. I could see them being a top house one day. DZ is starting to fall. They just aren’t talked about like at all. ZTA is really popular among out of staters, and is starting to grow for in-staters as well. I think they might be more mid now. Pi phi is definitely falling. I’m not sure why people rank them high. They aren’t super popular with PNMs. ADPi was on the come up but they are starting to lose that momentum :( I think they are in their flop era. Theta is still at the bottom. I feel sad for them tbh

Why do you feel sad for Theta? You realize girls actually choose them and they are happy to be in it. They have 2 Thetas on PHC and they seem to be well liked. They don’t need you to feel sad for them. So patronizing. Just because you don’t want to be a theta and think hey are sad doesn’t mean everyone feels that way.

I didn’t mean it like that at all! They have a great chapter and their members seem happy. It’s just sad that others don’t see that, which makes them a bottom house. Let’s not get our panties in a knot
