Sororities on the rise

What are the indicators they are "on the rise"? What would a "rise" look like? What are the markers you are looking for that would indicate this "rise"? Who is this "upper tier" you reference? What exactly does giving them "a run for their money" mean? All this vague chatter is useless. Just focus on yourself and your own house and making it the best it can be based on the things that are important to your organization.

Not bitter, my attitude is great and my panties are quite comfortable. Thanks. I hope those chapters did have a great rush. I hope all the chapters did.

They are quotation marks, not air quotes. You don't have to be old to have learned how to use correct punctuation and grammar.

DZ pc was smaller because they retained more members! I think that is a good thing not a bad thing. It was also the same size of some of the "top houses" And what do you mean by questionable girls?
