Kappa in the last few pledge classes has stepped up in terms of looks. Their seniors have more of the mid girls.

House is beautiful - no doubt. Agree renovation projects right now will level the playing field. Outer beauty - it shouldn’t matter when choosing a house, but it does to some from the comments it seems. And absolutely not. This NM class didn’t change the rep for them. Sorry. Inner beauty? The PNMs now NMs are happy to tell you what some of them said about houses they felt threatened by during recruitment and we’ll just say it wasn’t “Pan Love”. Ask the NMs in your house. And the TikToks they shared during Work Week? Cringe. Any other house would have been ridiculed. Hard pass on being 3 IMO.

They seemed to get a big bump up with the new house a couple of years ago but with other houses getting remodeled and built it'll matter less going forward.
