KD being top questionable

Honestly just curious why people still consider KD the very top/best of the best..they do get great girls but I feel like I’ve seen some questionable girls the past couple PCs…I wouldn’t say they’re necessarily any better than XO or even Phi Mu/KKG

its because kd and chi o are generally always girls’ first choices. phi mu isnt really anyone’s first choice unless they don’t get kd chi o, kappa, or tri delt back. sure there may one girl who wants phi mu over anything once in a blue moon, but that’s the same case with any any sorority due to them potentially having friends in there or being a legacy. but overall, phi mu just doesn’t really stand out as the most desirable sorority. as for kappa, it is a niche sorority and tends to bring in the funny/tom boy girls, which again, there aren’t as many of during rush so it’s not the immediate first choice (but is comparable to tri delt now since tri delt hasnt been doing too hot with probation). it is what it is idk.

XO and KD are rumored “tops” or hard to get into is because of the alumni and old money. Nothing crazy . they’re the same as every house.
