Can I get a bid as a sophomore?

dont worry. you should 100% still rush. i know sophomores who rushed, and most of them went the house they wanted. you’ll do just fine. don’t over think it!

Hello! As someone who rushed as a sophomore (out of state) and had rec letters for every single sorority expect phi mu of course, I only had 3 houses right off the bat. Rushing as a sophomore is 100% more difficult and u will not have the same amount of options as if you were rushing as a freshman. BUT you will definitely get a couple houses back or atleast 1-2 that u may love. You can and should absolutely rush as a sophomore just be prepared to not have a full schedule. I ended up with a house that I love and am so glad i rushed. Definitely do it and keep an open mind, you may fall in love with a house that none of your friends are in or that may help you getting into one.
