Tired of seeing tier charts that make no sense. Here's the one that is completely accurate.

This is the general consensus on campus, some fraternities have improved, such as Pike and Pi Kapp. While others have declined, (Phi Psi, Lambda Chi.) The sororities have pretty much stayed constant.

I know i"m going to get hated on for this, but I really believe Theta Xi is top tier and Delta Zeta is top tier. Other than that , I agree.

this is DZ attempt to disguise their wishes to be top tier by acting like a theta xi, who they all hang out with. Theta Xi is not where they need to be to move up to top tier. DZ can not accept that they are not top tier. sure, there are a number of pretty girls in DZ. however, the most sought after girls in rush go chi o, tri delt or KD (in no particular order). DZ solely seeks pretty girls and i've met DZs who are open about this fact. that's ridiculous, and they're not even all cute.

If you think pike is middle middle, you are crazy. Pike had 27 spring initiates just so they could stay on campus, most of which were cut from other fraternities in the fall. Good one. Phi Psi, Fiji, Acacia, Phi Delt and AGR would rip y'all apart. Keep dreaming you try hards, maybe one year y'all won't get the kids we cut, until then quit trying.
