What are those holographic satellite looking things that shine blue in the sky or air and keep moving from side to side like robots? They followed me a while back at close range! Anyone know?

Those are craft and rotating drones made by the US gov to spy on ppl, the US gov is paranoid and scared for life LMAO!!!
