Stop using that iPhone, it has an NSA hardware backdoor that can remotely turn on your cameras and mics, same goes for AirPods. Samsung also has backdoors, so don't use that either. Get a GLOBAL international Android phone usually a Chinese brand should be fine, no such thing as Chinese spying, they only build hardware no backdoors. Get a SIM Card, not a monthly plan that has restrictions. Don't upload your photos to the cloud Google, iCloud, Amazon, OneDrive, etc. Just keep on phone and do manual backups to your computer. Use an older Mac and stay on the old operating system, do not update to the latest because it will crash and censor stuff. Hope this helps!

Windows has a backdoor done by the NSA, I know this because my gaming laptop suddenly turns on at night and comes on and keeps pestering for Windows update, and also you are right about the iPhone having an NSA backdoor because it can remotely turn on mic and camera at any given time and the NSA can remotely control your phone from jail broken mode to regular mode. Which is why you get a GLOBAL region device that will work somewhat on a US network that the US has not approved of which will give them a hard time and piss them off! You have to keep in mind that CIA and NSA control the internet via Google and Safari, so use private browsers and private emails. They give the illusion of privacy but it’s all fluke, next thing you know they will use AI and ChatGPT on you to interrogate and ruin your life. The US is becoming a dictatorial state and is under massive surveillance as always. I don’t approve and I will rebel till the day I die!!!!
