how competitive is sorority recruitment?
by: pnmim coming from out of state and rushing in the fall. ive heard recruitment at LSU can be really cutthroat so im trying to mentally prepare before i get to campus

I came from out of state with little Greek connections at all and got a full schedule each round except sisterhood. The best advice I can give you is to be yourself, make yourself stand out, keep an open mind, and don’t look at this website! It’s just full of girls ranking themselves and arguing. No one here cares what house you get into as long as you’re happy and kind to everyone!

I forgot to mention the only houses I was cut from before philanthropy were kd, chi o and maybe tri delt (don’t rlly remember how many parties you can have first in person round). But don’t take it to heart. Not having any connections in the house due to being out of state is an easy cut on their end. It isn’t personal
