new fraternities/sororities

The sad reality is that while LSU could definitely benefit from the return of the Alpha sororities as well as new fraternities such as DTD, ATO, BetaThetaPi etc., where the hell would they go? We hardly have enough physical room for new houses not to mention the cost to buy land near/on campus and build something. A national organization would have to be totally 100% that their chapter would succeed here if they were to take the effort to reestablish or colonize, which is very unlikely bc LSUs tier system is pretty established and generally set in stone.
