tke buying sig house?

So I was talking to my really good friend who is a TKE here and he told me that they are buying the Kappa Sig house (In between DKE and Delta Chi) and are moving in next fall. He said Kappa Sig is getting kicked out of their house for some hazing violation involving Ketamine and Red Bull and wrestling an alligator. Can anyone who is in greek life tell me what is going on?
