Kappa is over rated. Great house but a new building doesn’t make you a top house. Just makes your dues the most expensive.

I would actually move them down not up. They think highly of themselves but no one goes into recruitment wanting them.

@Lol partially agree - I think most PNMs come in wanting the usual top houses because they are most well known but I think APhi has done a great job since coming back to LSU. Strong mid - maybe upper mid - we’ll see after their next couple of PCs.
