check the scorecard. the amount of members a chapter has is telling. this shows their retention rate and their ability to recruit:

kappa, pi phi, aphi, adpi, and theta all did spring recruitment and still have less girls

Obviously the older chapters have higher numbers, the newer chapters like aphi and adpi are going to have lower numbers until they’ve had enough years to grow their membership. It’s like that at every college campus across the country. And we all know why theta’s at the very bottom

Alpha phi and ADPI haven’t even been here 10 years and they’ve made tremendous strides. They haven’t had 100 years on campus to balance the numbers and build the gpa. I think they’re both houses girls love going to and if that’s intimidates you than that’s fine. I hear girl in KD and ChiO hater their chapters because they’re superficial but stay becuase they’ll have no identity if they leave. Chapters down lower is where girls actually make bonds. DG has an amazing sisterhood for example. I’m just saying.

ADPi and APhi both have the support of alumnae bases from when they were on campus before.
ADPi was the second house on campus (1914-1985).
APhi was on campus from 1965 to 1980. They were originally chartered in 1929 as a chapter of BΣO, an NPC sorority that merged with ZTA in 1965. (The LSU chapter affiliated with APhi since there was already a chapter of ZTA.)

No bro ZTA sucks. They got like 50 girls during spring Recruitment. More than any other chapter because no one wants to be in ZTA. Also figure in chapters like KD and ChiO that cut girls who don’t plan on staying all four years so they can keep their retention numbers high
