They are that high and rising, attracting top girls during recruitment. People are tired of the old houses and what they represent

like I said, no one wants to admit it but adpi girls have far surpassed the bottom 5 houses, hands down. They’ve got class and confidence. Can’t say that about too many others

because they’re new on campus, building a solid membership from the ground up. so the whole retention and numbers comparison doesn’t work here nor does it matter. It’s to be expected with young chapters no matter who they are. You would already understand that if you weren’t so threatened by their success.

No spreadsheet reflects how incredibly kind, generous, welcoming, and likable they truly are, not to mention humble. That’s what makes them popular.

I think they meant pi phi and theta r the same rank bc they’re on the same line but idk
