Post recruitment observation

Ranks don’t change with one pledge class! With that said, here’s what I’ve seen

KD- super cute bid day theme with awesome decorations. Did ok with rush but not as good as years past.

ChiO- middle of the pack bid day theme but a solid pledge class

DDD - both bid day theme and recruitment results were less than memorable (I seriously don’t remember what they did)

Phi Mu- ehhh bid day theme. Did ok through recruitment but didn’t do great

KKG - bid day celebration looked fun. Had a good but not stellar recruitment.

DZ- theme was kinda basic but the decorations were really cute. They had a solid recruitment and got a good pledge class

APhi- kinda weird but really fun theme and decorations. They had a good recruitment but not as good as last year

DG- could have been a fun theme but execution wasn’t there. They were well liked and came out with a good group of girls

Pi phi- bid day theme fit their group. The girls they picked seemed really happy about being there. They did ok

Zeta- cute theme but they could have done so much more with it. They did well and got a good group

Adpi- their theme was ok and looked fun. But I saw some girls walking around looking pretty rough. I think their rush went a little better this year but still not great

Theta - cute them. Did not hear anything about them during recruitment
