I don’t think one less than great year for DDD makes them fall in the ranks
I’m not DZ but they are a solid house and they put on a good rush this year.
I’m not sure about phi mu moving up- haven’t heard a lot of positive things about them.
I always think of Chi O and KD as pretty equal because they don’t really attract the same type of girls
