Quota was 93

So if quota is 93, then KD barely made quota? Is that good or bad I’m confused? Usually they get a great PC?

If your pledge class was right at quota that is a good thing. That number is essentially the yardstick to measure how successful that chapter did so if you are right at the exact quota that means you did really well + still were able to be selective
