Why is ADPi so low

Coming from someone who isn’t involved in greek life at all, why is adpi so low? Their pc is one of the hotter pcs this fall and they know how to have fun

They are newer, not super selective and not one of the more impressive houses. But they had a great recruitment this year and the girls loved them because they are genuine and fun. Rank doesn’t mean much.
