why is theta ranked so low?

i just want to know why theta is considered bottom tier. they seem like genuinely nice people.

because when the sororities were all picking their slots for the houses down the row, theta got picked twice for the corner spot! Immediately caused resentment, and the pledge classes haven’t been the best. They’re doing a lot better tho recently

They are really nice girls! Someone has to be the bottom and it’s them because they aren’t involved, never meet quota, not good return rates during rush.

theta is actually very involved and always fundraising for their philanthropy. they also had really good return rates this year and met quota (and also got the most girls down the row last year)

It’s just less competitive to get into. It doesn't mean they are a bad house.

Girls don't go in to recruitment wanting theta. They normally end up with theta as their last option. Someone has to be last. Just the way the river flows.
