why’s theta so low?

every college with greeks has to have a fraternity and sorority that are the “last choice” with greek life. sadly theta is that sorority at LSU, partly because of the long time bitterness from the other greek orgs that theta got the peninsula lot on the lsu lakes when they pulled out of a hat for lots even tho they were the newest greek org on campus

They lean super hard into "sweet," "genuine," "real," "accepting," "great sisterhood," and "nOt LiKe ThE oThErS" because they're the bottom house and they don't have much else going for them. There are some girls who love it, but there are others who took the bid because they didn't have any other options and they figured it was better than not being Greek.
The sisterhood is also pretty divided. Girls who are attractive and social tend to find themselves resented and ostracized by the bitter girls who aren't.

can confirm this. half the girls (the attractive/social) actually want to be more selective during rush and purposely take a pledge class that’s under quota as long as it’s a good solid pledge class, and the other half (the iM nOt LiKe OtHeR gIrLs) are girls that couldn’t care less about having a good reputation, want to take weird girls, and are offended that the other half wants to try to be like the other sororities.
