Yes, possibly. They seemed to be moving up a bit before the house was done. There are so many OOS girls at LSU now that Kappa—as well as Tri Delta and DG—have expanded their sisterhood.
And this trend with more OOS girls isn’t just a fluke.

Actually LSU has a very low percentage of OOS students in general compared to other big universities. So not sure that your theory is true.

dz and aphi may have prettier girls than dg, but dg is wayyy more involved on campus and is more well liked among fraternities
