Bars during rush

I know girls rushing aren’t supposed to go out/to bars during rush but can they go before rush starts? Like during the summer?

I mean no one is monitoring where you are at all times but you shouldn’t go out and start getting smashed and posting pics online - avoid anything that would make them question your reputation.

I would say no because people talk and sororities somehow know everything. If you don't live in Baton Rouge or close to there then you probably have nothing to worry about.
