Do sororities immediately cut legacies of diff houses

by:

If I’m a legacy for one house (my mom was in this sorority and my sister was also in it, but she graduated this year) should I be worried that all the other houses will cut me? I’m scared that I won’t like the sorority they were in but I won’t be able to go anything else because nobody will want a double legacy lol I just want to keep my options open. Any advice greatly appreciated!

Some sororities see it as a bit of a challenge to try to recruit legacies from other houses. I agree, don’t talk about it during conversations and you should be ok.

at houses where you are not a legacy, you could mention that you're excited to meet new people and find a sorority where you fit in the best and not necessarily where your family was. That might be more of a sisterhood round conversation though...
