The process that each house uses to select PNMs is different and in most cases not information that they share with outsiders. Many of the members may not even know the exact process. While I doubt any house relies completely on alum input, I’d have no way of knowing and neither do you.

All over the South, XO sorority kitchens have Chi O mamas and grannies counting votes and adding or subtracting who they please.
Gotta bid Mrs. Simmons’ daughter—she’s President of Baton Rouge Junior League. And on and on. Legacies and social contacts reign.
Why do you think XO gets so many girls from the same towns?
Same scenes at Ole Miss, AL, etc.

I knew I got weird vibes from them during rush. The girls I had were definitely talking down to me. It was literally like Regina George was rushing me and didn’t actually care what I had to say. They just wanted to get the convo over with

they also will cut their legacies like nobody’s business; I even know some double legacies who got cut early on as well
