fall 2014 recruitment
by: transfer girlHey y'all! I lived in New Orleans a long time ago but I grew up in Kentucky. I'm currently in college at a school in Kentucky but I'm looking to transfer to LSU next year. I really want to join a sorority but I'm not sure how I'll fit in. I want to be in a sorority that actually cares about their sisterhood and reputation and I'm not into the whole "fake Barbie" sorority girl type of thing. Which sororities should I be looking at if I want to fit this criteria?

You're going to find great (and weird) girls in every sorority. Just go through rush with an open mind and see what you think of each house aside from their reputation. When you're in a house pay attention to the girl you're talking to and look around at others in the house to get a better idea, because you may be getting rushed by one of the few randos (or awesome girls) in that house. All in all though rush can be pretty fake because they're trying to impress you and put their best foot forward so it could be hard to tell the most genuine houses.
