chapter slots ???

why do the phc chapters have around 100 girls in the each pledge class but there’s only under 30 seniors or juniors . do that many girls drop ?

Some drop, some leave school completely, some go to nursing school, some graduate in 3 years- there’s all kinds of reasons.
