out of state rushing

i️ have heard a lot about lsu not liking out of state people, especially if they try to rush greek. honest opinions on out of state rushers?

Just being honest if you come from out of state and rush your already at a heavy disadvantage compared to in state folks. Some will deny that but it’s very much the truth.

I was out of state and I knew no one. The only thing that I think that helped me get into a top tier sorority was that a reached out to a lot of Louisiana girls who were rushing too. I also asked advice and followed girls who were older that I thought we like me and started talking to them in the summer.

definitely not true!! so many out of state girls in every sorority, and lots that are super involved and respected in their chapters! what matters more during rush is you as an individual, not where you’re from.
