Everyone on here says kappa delta is the best sorority / hardest to get into , but why ? What makes them so much higher than other chapters? Just a general question.

Perception- that’s it. They are not really better than any other house. I knew the first day that KD wasn’t for me. It really is all about finding the house where you fit best. But because they have the reputation of being a top house and exclusive a lot of girls want them and so they can be more selective and so the circle repeats.

I do know that they are one of the better chapters that have a really good philanthropy program which draws many girls towards them. They put on a fabulous rush thought thats for sure.

Girl please Girl Scout cookies is their philanthropy... I’m gonna bash on them for helping out Girl Scouts but they don’t have a “really good philanthropy program” like you are claiming and everyone knows it

To clarify I meant “not going to bash on the

They attract louder, more out-going, superficial girls. The initial impression is good and I’m sure once you really get to know them they’re good people, but everything else is shallow. KD is good at big Southern Greek schools—LSU, OleMiss, Bama, Tenn. outside of that (and depending on your own preferences) it doesn’t matter.
