what’s the difference between formal and spring rush ? which one is better ?

So formal recruitment lasts about a week and you are given the option to talk to every house! There’s a lot more work behind it on the sororities and PNMS end! Spring recruitment is less formal, less preparation needed, overall shorter and only certain houses participate!
