What's greek life going to be like from here on out?

I'm transferring to LSU this spring and I literally don't know anyone in the whole state of Louisiana. I'm really looking forward to rushing but with everything that's been happening this fall I want to know what greek life is going to be like? Do most fraternities do spring rush? Will it be hard to get a bid rushing in the spring? Is greek life still going to remain relevant at LSU? Any insight would help
