Transferring in Spring

Copied from a post a couple ones down:
"People often get confused between Quota and Campus Total! Quota is just the amount of girls each sorority is expected to pledge for formal recruitment. Campus total is about the average size of chapters on campus. That means half of the sororities will be above this number and half of sororities will be below this number (not always exactly). You cannot offer bids above the campus total after formal recruitment. This means that about half of the sororities will be able to participate in spring rush. Hope this helps!"
I'll add that not every house that is eligible for spring rush will participate in it but most do!
