The rankings are really not that different except kappa sig and Theta Xi. Honestly, there’s not much difference between top and upper - just different types of guys in each. Any of those are good

I know guys this year who got early bids to kappa sig and declined them. They’re all now in different “upper mid” (according to these rankings) fraternities, after going through rush because they chose them instead of accepting the early bids. Not sure why everyone thinks kappa sig is the top. One said most guys acted like douches during rush so he cut them.

Every frat has douche bags and every frat has really cool guys. Really just depends on which on you meet first when making your assumption about a frat. If you meet a d bag first you’re most likely to think they’re all douches, but it’s not like that. None of these frats would be top tier if they didn’t have more nice guys than douche bags

There is no “real” ranking system, it’s more of just the overall look of the fraternity. How many guys they have, # of social events, if those events are even fun, etc. Kappa Sig and KA for example probably have the most active members compared to other fraternity’s, KA host old south every year and KΣ has Bahama mama, two events that are usually a good time. Everybody has different view points on each fraternity, these rankings are just what most people think in my opinion.
