You’re right, rush is a humbling experience. It’s humbling for everyone involved, even the girls on the other side. It really does hurt to be cut from a chapter that you really liked, most of us can feel your pain. Rush is tough, rush is tiring, but it’s worth it in the end.
I know it may seem as if this zoom stuff is a whole new world, but it’s really no different than the real stuff. You’re given the same chances that we were given when we went through rush years prior. Most of these sororities already know who they’re cutting from ice water long before the event even happens. There’s too many people to judge based off of a short conversation (and trust me, after a while they all pretty much sound the same).
