should move up or Theta Xi should move down, there's not much difference in quality with KA declining and Theta Xi rising, and Kappa Sig and Sigma Chi are the clear cut top 2. Pi Kapp should also move up to upper middle, they are probably better than Sigma Nu and less sorority-like than Sig Ep.

Both need to go up to middle tier. DEKE will always be a mid tier fraternity solely on their legendary past and historical significance. Pika, used to not be that good, but they've changed significantly recently. It's quite interesting watching them grow and prosper. I wish both fraternities luck on their future endeavors.

Middle tier? Deke, yes. Pika? It's Pike. but i agree with you for the most part on them growing.

Seriously on the Pika thing, only know of two or three where that's their nickname instead of Pike.

I noticed that too, everyone just calls it pike, not pika. But they are improving, that's for sure.

I would switch DZ and Tri Delta and no, I'm not a DZ saying this.

Who makes these observations and then posts their God-like opinion for some naive freshman to check out and hopefully pledge their inflatedly ranked chapter?! Have you looked at the Chi Os lately? Lots of inbreeding going on there. Tri D always good but last couple of pledge classes are kind of rough. KD, Phi Mu and DG are fun generally good looking and great for paired events and exchanges

Switch theta xi with KA and switch pike and DKE with phi psi and lambda chi . Then you're more accurate. Theta xi is a good fraternity, but it dosent have the alumni based or social pull like KA does. As for Phi Psi and Lambda Chi, Phi Psi can't have house parties and they arnt that relavent anymore. Lambda chi has been getting progressively worse and their parties are showing that. Pike has been getting better and improving it's social calendar and status. DKE will remain in middle middle tier because of history and alumni pull.

There is no lower middle tier at LSU. You have been mistaken. The tier system is simple upper, middle and lower that is all. Furthermore, this chart is outdated according to this years rush.

How would you place the houses after this year's rush then?
