i'm rushing next year. best fraternities?

I'm rushing next year. What are the best fraternities?

I've heard a lot about Sigma Chi, Kappa Sig, Theta Xi and Sig Ep. I know what you're thinking, why is KA not in that list?

Well girls never mentioned them to me, and greeks that matter was the reason i ever even heard of KA. Anyways, what are the reputations of all the fraternities that I named?

you aren't even a rushee yet, much less a pledge or an active and your attempt to act superior to KA or anyone else based on what some girls (who?) told you is not going to get you an answer. You probably won't get into any of the above or any other decent house a LSU based on your attitude and lack of knowledge.

kappa sig, sigma chi, theta xi. only 3 fraternities that still bid the quality baton rouge guys. all there is to it.

it's honestly hysterical to group sig ep with sig chi, kappa sig and theta xi, but not KA. if sig ep is up there, then KA is definitely up there.

KA, Pi Kapp, and maybe Sigma Nu all have as much or more reason to be mentioned than Sig Ep.

IMO, there are two tiers, which are equal and all the row cares about:
Sigma Chi
KA
Kappa Sig
Theta Xi
Pi Kapp
Sigma Nu

Pi Kapp isn't top tier. I'd put them and Sig Ep right behind the other five.

Sigma Nu isn't ahead of Pi Kapp or Sig Ep. Those three are probably the upper middle tier. Theta Xi could go either way.

If you don't mesh well with any of the top tier fraternities, look for middle tiered ones.

Lambda Chi
Deke
Phi Psi
Pi kapp
Pike
Sigma Nu
FIJI

Pi Kapp and maybe Sigma Nu are in the same tier as Theta Xi and Sig Ep, and substantially above everyone else on that list.

Even though Pi Kapp has a mixed consensus among the top tier sororities, they are still well above the above mentioned.

i think it's hysterical that Pikes and Phi Psis try to casually toss themselves into the same ballpark as Pi Kapp, DKE, Lambda Chi, SIgma Nu. not a chance on earth

Honestly, sigma chi and KA are the best. Kappa sig is considered top tier but no one really likes them. Sig ep and theta xi are irrelevant.

KA is not the best, Sigma Chi and Kappa sig is, and not that many people like KA. You are a KA trying to justify your top tier due to historical relevance and nationals, but the KA at LSU is not as good as Sig Chi and Kappa Sig, Theta Xi and Sig ep are also not irrelevant, they are up and coming in the tiers.
