As a graduating senior who occasionally checks this website for a laugh, let me tell you that no one will look at the letters on your t-shirt and think "oh, this girl must be dumb and parties a lot because she is a [SORORITY NAME HERE]," or "wow, she's a [SORORITY NAME HERE], I bet she is super into grades and community service!" That just does NOT happen. While there are "stereotypes" of every sorority, there will be every type of girl in a group of 300+ girls! There are wild girls in the boring sorority, and boring girls in the wild sorority. I promise! Go into rush with an open mind, and you will find a place to enjoy the next four years!!
So cheesy but honestly so true is the saying "you only get out what you put into" your time in your sorority! So make the effort to get involved and make friends, and you will make greek life and your house a better place to be :)

This response is a perfect example of why a question like this isn’t good for Greek rank. To any PNM’s reading this— this is not true and any house in LSU Greek Life is great. You will find your perfect fit!
